I did get access to all the videos I was entitled to and Cindy the owner was so very nice and helpful.  At this point I don’t feel the content I have seen was worth the sign up fee and the 3 months.  BUT no refunds ( wouldn’t ask anyway) and the actual membership fees only come out to around $3 a month so well worth sticking around to see what will become available. It seems like if you are a member and you have all the back logs of all videos made then you really get full use of the site.  In all fairness they are updating their site I believe and therefor are not currently making new videos which is not the norm.  Also, and it may just be me but I really didn’t feel that it was super clear what you would be getting with your membership. 

So to sum up how I feel about my experience so far.
